Due to personal reasons (the biggest reason being I simply don’t want to) I will not be writing this week’s essay. It’s nothing anyone needs to worry about, yes I’m still sober, and yes I’ll be back next week. I just truly need a break. My brain hurts. My nerves are shot. Sleep, sleeping in, going to sleep early. HIGHLY under rated. When you sleep, our brain repairs themself and our nervous system gets a rest. Studies show folks who sleep more live longer….yes please~
